Fulfillment Coordinator
Location: Homestead, FL
Salary: Starting at $55,000 per year
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee order processing, inventory monitoring, vendor coordination, and product fulfillment. This role works closely with Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory levels are maintained, and products are staged and shipped on schedule.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report inventory levels to prevent shortages, collaborating with the Procurement & Quoting Specialist as needed.
Maintain pricing accuracy in Halo and ensure product information is up to date.
Create and process purchase orders (POs) to vendors, including orders for backordered items and drop shipments.
Follow up with vendors on backordered products to obtain estimated delivery dates (ETAs) and communicate updates to the Sales team.
Order software licenses once required network builder and/or switch forms are received from clients.
Manage vendor sales order confirmations, attach documentation to the appropriate records, and update sales orders (SOs) in the system.
Coordinate with and oversee warehouse activities to ensure systems are properly staged, prepared, and shipped within established deadlines.
Track order status and proactively resolve fulfillment delays or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate order documentation and support efficient communication between internal departments and vendors.
Qualifications
Previous experience in order fulfillment, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
Experience processing purchase orders and coordinating with vendors.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with inventory management or order processing systems; experience with Halo is a plus.
Ability to track multiple orders, monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding items.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
Compensation
Starting salary of $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
