About all.health

all.health is a San Francisco-based health-tech startup building a device-enabled health management platform deployed through healthcare partners. The Logistics and Fulfillment Center supports physical delivery, return handling, inventory control, and operational traceability for all.health's participant-facing device workflows.

About the role

all.health is hiring a hands-on Logistics and Fulfillment Center Operations Lead to help prepare, launch, and operate our San Francisco logistics hub.

This is not a traditional warehouse-only role. The successful candidate will operate as a player/coach: hands-on enough to run daily physical fulfillment work directly, disciplined enough to refine and document the operating process, and capable of training and supervising temporary or full-time staff as volume scales. This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable building operational structure in a fast-moving startup environment.

$32 - $52 an hour

    • Support reverse logistics and return intake processes

    • Support a disciplined, audit-ready operating environment
