What You'll Do Execute order fulfillments of GPS devices, GPS-related hardware, and other miscellaneous parts that help to complete the productResponsible for updating device firmware, scripting, and other applicable updates to ensure proper functionality prior to shippingEnsure orders are shipped to the correct customer locationAchieve customer satisfaction through fast, accurate order completionAssist in the receiving of new inventoryAssist with inventory control through periodic counts and weekly, quarterly, and yearly inventory reviewsAssist with the organization and rotation of inventory to ensure First-In First-Out controlsProcess return authorization orders in an efficient and accurate mannerEscalate warranty issues to improve customer satisfaction with productProvide feedback to improve processes for increasing overall team and customer satisfactionLearn quickly and use skills to solve problems efficientlyEscalate unresolved issues as required; maintain ownership of issues through to resolutionProcess and assess all returned hardwareManage the flow of returned hardware to the proper channelsAssist with internal and external contacts in regards to shipping inquiries, special requests, and other related tasks for shipments in progressRequirements Prior work history in fulfillment, customer technical support or advance clerical positionsPrevious history/knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and other carriers for parcel shippingAble to prioritize and organize efficientlyAbility to use Microsoft Office applicationsExcel, MS Word, OneNoteA clear understanding of maintaining inventory through an inventory management systemA passion for taking care of internal and external customer/contactsA strong desire for accuracy and efficiencyAccurate and fast typing speedAmbitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and extremely drivenExcellent written/verbal communication and customer relationship skillsA work ethic based on dedication to the company and its missionAn eagerness to learn new business, procedures, and process with a drive for promotionMust be willing to work overtime as neededMust be able to walk or stand up to 5 hours a dayMust have the ability to lift up to 50 poundsWhat We OfferFast paced and rapidly growing environmentChance to deliver mission critical data that drives the operations of our economyOpportunity for professional growth and developmentPossibility to learn new and cutting-edge technologies, in an environment that encourages new ideasThere's more as well! Are you ready to take the ride?What We Need The Fulfillment and Returns Specialist helps to ensure timely and accurate shipments of hardware to customers along with ensuring all shipments of outgoing and incoming orders/RMAs are handled and processed with accuracy and efficiency. Good candidates should have excellent technical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
