    Description

    The Fulfillment and  Assembly Manager is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment and assembly operations to ensure efficient processing and delivery of products. This role involves managing a team, optimizing workflows and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead and manage the fulfillment and assembly team to achieve operational excellence.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in fulfillment and assembly processes.
    • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet company and customer expectations.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
    • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for assembly and fulfillment operations.
    • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Address and resolve any issues that arise in the fulfillment and assembly process.
    • Report on operational performance and provide insights to senior management.

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, assembly or a related operational management role.
    • Proven track record of managing and optimizing production processes and assembly lines.
    • Experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software for managing operations.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements and efficiencies.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and meeting production deadlines.
