Description

We are currently seeking service Mechanic/Technicians with a desire to grow with an established company covering southeast Florida. We provide 24/7 support for stations in our service area. We are looking for professional individuals with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. These individuals will also possess traits including strong teamwork, troubleshooting skills, and a desire to continually grow. We provide everything you need to be successful. Gilbarco, Wayne and Verifone experience and/or certifications are a plus; however, training is provided as needed.


In this hands‑on, high‑impact position, you’ll work with a wide range of equipment—from fuel dispensers and pumps to underground storage tanks, monitoring systems, and leading‑edge electronics.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose Repair and Maintain petroleum equipment including gas pumps, fuel monitoring systems, submersible pumps, and related equipment..
- Repair leaks or damaged parts. Troubleshoot electronic or mechanical problems
- Conduct compliance inspections. Visually inspect entire fueling components and containments for liquid or potential problems.
- Perform pump and dispenser calibration.
- Responsible for maintaining personal tools required for performing the job effectively and safely.  
- Provide customer service.
- Once trained, provide 24/7 on call service on a rotating schedule
- Perform work in accordance with OSHA & PEI safety standards. Identify and report unsafe conditions.
- Maintain and report all necessary paperwork and electronic communication as determined by management in a prompt, orderly and timely manner, which includes truck inventories, warranty service, invoicing and payroll documents. 

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.  
• Ability to troubleshoot and utilize problem solving skills in unique situations
• Background in Electrical Wiring and Troubleshooting
• Mechanical ability and aptitude, knowledge of, and ability to work with tools, ability to determine how machinery/mechanicals operate.
• Computer Literate
• Perform duties in an expedient and professional manner.
• Punctual and follows directions.
• Respects their own safety as well the safety of their co-workers and customers.
