Fuel Cell Manufacturing Process Technician

What this role is about

Join our high-tech production team as a Fuel Cell Manufacturing Process Technician. You’ll help produce fuel cell components safely and consistently by running equipment, following procedures, monitoring conditions, and verifying quality.

A day in the life

• Start up, operate, and keep watch over manufacturing and processing equipment.
• Use detailed work instructions, standard procedures, and safety rules to guide every step.
• Load raw materials and components into the equipment and remove finished or in‑process parts.
• Track set points and process conditions; call out anything abnormal immediately.
• Check quality visually and dimensionally with basic gauges and measuring tools.
• Spot defects or process deviations and escalate to the appropriate supervisor or technician.
• Keep the work area orderly, clean, and safe at all times.
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teammates.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures without exception.

What you bring

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort running industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
