Key Responsibilities Manage and lead Fleet Tire Service (FTS) technicians and service personnel Schedule and dispatch service calls, road service, and on-site fleet work Ensure timely and high-quality tire service for commercial and fleet customers Monitor productivity, performance, and service metrics Train, coach, and develop team members on safety, service standards, and technical skills Maintain strong relationships with fleet accounts and key customers Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards Oversee inventory of tires, tools, and service equipment Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support business growth Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues promptlyQualifications3–5+ years of experience in tire service, fleet maintenance, or related field Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial tires, installations, and service operations Experience with dispatching and route coordination Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with basic computer systems and service tracking software Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with service work as needed Ability to work in outdoor conditions and active service environments Occasional on-call or after-hours support may be required Work Environment Combination of office, warehouse, and field service environments Fast-paced, customer-focused commercial service operations May require travel between service locations or customer sites What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives/bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits Company vehicle (if applicable)Career advancement opportunities within a growing company
