Job Skills / Requirements

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a full-time security officers for temporary assignment in Dubuque, Iowa.

This is an overnight shift 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Friday-Monday. Approximately 48 hours at $20 per hour + overtime.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid drivers license, with no disqualifying violations on a motor vehicle report within the last 5 years.
• Consent to a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle check, and criminal background check.
• Meet eligibility requirements for a state security license. We will assist in obtaining one for those that qualify.

Job Duties:

• Conduct mobile rounds with company vehicle at client's business site to deter and prevent trespassing and theft.
• Ensure that only those that are authorized to do so, remove property from site.
• Report criminal activities to site personnel and the proper authorities.

Please note: All new hires will be required to travel to our corporate location in Davenport, IA for a 1-day orientation and training.

This is a Temporary / Seasonal position
