Gastroenterology East, P.A. & Endoscopy Center is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing outpatient gastroenterology practice. This role supports clinical and operational workflows while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced endoscopy setting. This is a seasonal position tentatively ending in August 2026.
Since 2005, Gastroenterology East has provided evidence‑based gastrointestinal care to patients across Eastern North Carolina. Located in Greenville’s Medical District, our modern endoscopy center offers advanced procedures and is committed to improving access and health outcomes in an underserved community.
The Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to physicians and nursing staff, assists with patient flow and procedure room readiness, and ensures a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients undergoing outpatient GI procedures.
