Are you an LPN who brings compassion, dedication, and a caring heart to your work? We're looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our amazing team in Ohio!

At our long-term care community, you'll do more than provide nursing care-you'll build meaningful relationships, make residents feel valued, and become an important part of their everyday lives.

STARTING PAY: $31.00/HOUR

Your experience matters! Our pay increases based on your years of nursing experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, families, and our interdisciplinary team
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Passion for caring for others
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.
• Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Long-term care experience is a plus-but a caring attitude is a must!
