### FT Dean of Enrollment

  • Position Title: FT Dean of Enrollment
  • Position Classification: Full-Time Administration
  • Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters Degree from an accredited institution and at least seven (7) years of relevant work experience OR Doctoral Degree with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in higher education administration (admissions, enrollment management, financial aid, and registrar experience in a community college preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of admissions, financial aid, records security, student record processing, and related federal regulations including FERPA and Title IV.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and predictive models to enhance enrollment management initiatives and communicate findings clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Strong technical skills including the organization and management of large datasets, data extraction, and advanced analysis using statistical software and data reporting platforms.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

### Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key leader in ensuring the enrollment management areas of enrollment management, admissions, and financial aid have processes, policies, technology, and resources necessary to achieve enrollment and student success goals.
  • Analyze enrollment data, application trends, yield, retention, and registration patterns to inform short- and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new recruitment markets, enrollment opportunities, and other areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Student Success, and other campus partners to advance integrated recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies that promote student access, persistence, and success.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation regulations related to enrollment management, financial aid, and student records.
  • Support effective communication and coordination with federal and state agencies to ensure institutional compliance.
  • Provide strategic leadership in the implementation, integration, and continuous optimization of enrollment technologies, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Student Information System (SIS) application systems, financial aid platforms, and workflow tools to enhance operational efficiency and student experience.
  • Lead the assessment of enrollment management, admissions, and financial aid operations using data-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Guide strategic decision-making and inform the allocation of institutional resources.
  • Promote a culture of assessment, accountability, and continuous improvement within enrollment management, admissions, and financial aid.
  • Serve on college committees and represent enrollment management, admissions, and financial aid in campus-wide and external partnerships.
  • Supervise staff, assign and prioritize work, establish schedules, and approve/deny leave.
  • Make recommendations for hiring, discipline, termination, and problem resolution.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

### Employment Details

  • Entry Salary: $87,295.64 annual
  • Standard Work Week: 35 hours
