On the floor, you’ll rotate through stations, perform in-process checks, log readings, and keep production moving with precision. Whether you prefer sunup or sundown, your attention to detail keeps families fed and industries supplied.

Where and when you’ll work

  • Location: Cambria, WI
  • Schedule options:
    • 6AM–6PM | 4 days on / 4 days off
    • 6PM–6AM | 4 days on / 4 days off

Compensation & perks

  • Hourly pay: $22–$26 (based on experience)
  • Shift premium: +$3.00/hour (night shift)
  • Extra PTO: 40 hours annually for night shift team members

Your impact (a day in the life)

  • Conduct routine, physical quality tests and in-process inspections to verify product safety and consistency.
  • Capture, enter, and review data in computer systems for full traceability.
  • Keep your area spotless and food-safe by following established procedures and GMPs.
  • Shift priorities quickly to support production and minimize downtime.
  • Partner with teammates committed to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

No chemistry or advanced lab background required. This role centers on hands-on physical testing and production quality checks—we’ll train the right people.
