Job Description
The FSQA Specialist supports Dominos Product Quality and Technical Services programs by executing product evaluations, sensory testing, ingredient assessments, commercialization activities, and laboratory operations. This role partners with Quality Assurance, Product Development, Procurement, and suppliers to coordinate evaluations, collect and analyze data, maintain technical records, and support projects that help ensure ingredients consistently meet food safety, quality, and brand standards.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and expertise in food science, food manufacturing, or the restaurant or retail business.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance or Product Development, preferably within the quick-service restaurant industry.
Experience conducting product evaluations, laboratory testing, sensory testing, or food manufacturing activities.
