Job Title: FSL Business Analyst
Duration- Fulltime Permanent
Location: Remote
Job Description:
  • The desired individual should preferably have a good understanding of typical business challenges, solutions and best practices in Field Service Management space, and should be able to interact with both technical and functional teams to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions over the FSL platform. The desired individual will possess strong communication and influence skills with both technical team members and business stakeholders, and should have the skills and experience to assess customer requirements and functional architecture. Field service and related industry experience, as well as Field Service Lightning (or other FSM platform) implementation experience is preferred. The Business Analyst should work closely with Business users to identify the requirements, create user stories, identify dependencies and document them. He/she should also help the Customer Product Owner & the team to maintain the Product Backlog, prioritise and groom user stories, and design the functional solution.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise to understand and analyse the customer's Field Service Management requirements
  • Create functional specifications, user stories and user documentation
  • Help design solutions and advise suitable ways to best leverage the FSL platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals
  • Analyze functional challenges; develop recommendations and solutions for those problems, help implement those solutions, and assess the business impacts and results
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle from feasibility and requirement analysis to design, development, demo, testing and deployment
  • Conduct meetings with business teams to solicit the business requirements
  • Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a functional aspect
  • Provide functional oversight & guidance in the implementation of a project solution
  • Provide recommendations/validations of the functional implementation of a solution
  • Provide thought leadership on FSM to customer & delivery teams .
