Food Safety & Hygiene Responsibilities:
- Monitors CCP (critical control point) and temperature records; follows up or escalates as necessary. Completes internal food safety audits and prepares samples for microbiological testing.
- Maintains quality assurance filing system. Investigates customer complaints and maintains and makes recommendations for improvement for the facility's traceability system.
- Assists in internal and external audits.
- Facility Hygiene: Supports with pest control management and completes pest control audits. Assists in monitoring and makes recommendations for improvement for the facilities cleaning schedule. Maintains records for facility hygiene.
- Maintains records for employee training and retains and track renewals for food safety certifications. Delivers food safety training as necessary.

- Ability to work with individuals in different functions
- Passion for working within an international team
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, professional work ethic & service-oriented and a hands-on approach
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility (different shifts - early morning, evening, weekends, holidays)
