Frozen Warehouse Manager
Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Pay: $70,000$80,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Frozen Warehouse Manager to oversee the Frozen and air-conditioned (AC) operations of a large warehouse facility in Fort Pierce.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong warehouse, distribution, and inventory-management experience. Experience managing a freezer, refrigerated, cold-storage, or food distribution operation is strongly preferred.
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the Frozen and AC departments, including supervising employees, maintaining efficient workflow, ensuring inventory accuracy, enforcing safety procedures, and meeting operational and productivity goals.
The facility is expected to begin operations in early October, so we are looking for someone who can join the team quickly and take ownership of the operation.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations within the Frozen and AC warehouse areas
Lead, supervise, train, and develop warehouse employees
Coordinate staffing and workloads across shifts based on operational needs
Oversee receiving, storage, replenishment, order picking, staging, and shipping activities
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper product handling and rotation
Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, and overall employee performance
Ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule
Maintain proper organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse
Enforce company safety procedures and safe operation of warehouse equipment
Ensure employees follow procedures for working in freezer and cold-storage environments
Identify workflow issues and implement process improvements
Coordinate with other warehouse departments and management
Assist in resolving inventory, staffing, and operational issues
Maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and productivity
Perform other management duties as required
Qualifications
Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required
Cold-storage, freezer, refrigerated warehouse, food distribution, or similar experience strongly preferred
Experience supervising warehouse employees in a fast-paced distribution environment
Strong leadership and employee-management skills
Knowledge of receiving, inventory, order picking, replenishment, and shipping operations
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, or RF scanning technology preferred
Familiarity with forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management
Ability to work in both standard warehouse and freezer/cold-storage environments
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational demands
Compensation
$70,000$80,000 annually, depending on experience.
