We are looking for a full-time Frontline Leader responsible for leading and supporting production team members on the flexible printing line. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Salary: Starting at $75k DOE

Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve production goals.
Provide feedback and support for skill development and engagement
Production Oversight
Monitor daily operations to meet schedules and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Performance Management
Track KPIs such as efficiency, waste, and downtime.
Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Communication
Act as the primary link between frontline employees and management.
Communicate goals, changes, and expectations clearly to the team.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in lean initiatives.
Support implementation of new technologies or methods in flexible printing.
Core Competencies
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
3+ years of related manufacturing process experience or printing environment.
Leadership experience with the ability to also work as a team
Ability to perform moderately complex problem analysis & Mechanical aptitude
Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
