Frontend Lead Developer

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Frontend Lead Developer for their Plano, TX location.
 
Responsibilities:

• An experienced Frontend Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications.
• This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and team mentorship while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Develop scalable, maintainable applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Support CI/CD processes and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs.

 
Requirements:

• 14+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of frontend development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
