Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced React Frontend Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. This role requires deep React expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving best practices. Candidates who successfully clear the L1 interview must be available for an in-person client interview in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable applications using modern frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Support CI/CD processes and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs.

Required Skills

  • 14+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 6+ years of frontend development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js.
  • Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) involving Micro Frontend (MFE) capabilities.
  • Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
