Overview
Front Counter - Help Employees & Contractors search for and find parts. Assist in all warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Search and find parts
- Enter charge tickets into warehouse computer system.
- Match and verify receiving paperwork for incoming parts.
- Mark and store each part with SDI part number and correlating storage location.
- Create new tags and location for any new part item.
- Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with delivery.
- Investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with cycle counts.
- Operate fork truck/overhead crane operation.
- General warehouse keeping.
Qualifications
- Dedication to safety and teamwork.
- Crane/forklift experience.
- Warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical parts.
- Computer knowledge.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects.
- Strong Math skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented.
