    THE JOB:

    You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

    THE DAY-TO-DAY:

    • Oversee Front Services department operations and staff in alignment with the strategic plan and vision for the department, division, and property
    • Manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned departments, including scheduling, creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment
    • Partner with Valet operations and assess group travel movements and coordinate necessary guest service arrangements to accommodate luggage and ground transportation requirements
    • Respond to emergency situations as necessary by following departmental procedures, staying calm, and assisting Security

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations
    • Experience leading union team members and working within a collective bargaining environment preferred
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, multi-lingual highly preferred
    • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
