    Front Office Manager (Orthodontics) - Arcadia Orthodontics

Arcadia Orthodontics is offering a full-time opportunity as a Front Office Manager at our Orthodontic office in Scottsdale. 

     

    The Front Office Manager is the clinical leader at the office level and will primarily be responsible for supporting all front-office personnel. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community!

     

    EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in office management

    JOB TYPE: Full-time

    SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 

    PAY: Starting at $25+

    SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

    • Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving
    • Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
    • Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
    • Greet patients and welcome them at check-in
    • Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
    • Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
    • Order dental supplies and manage inventory
    • Training and development of front-office staff
