    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager. This leadership position involves overseeing front desk operations, ensuring Forbes-level service, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is absent. 

    Responsibilities: 

            Act as Manager on Duty in the GM’s absence.

            Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse front office team (Bell Staff, Butlers, Room Service, Night Audit).

            Deliver an exceptional guest experience, aligned with Forbes Five-Star standards.

            Handle scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews for front office staff.

            Collaborate daily with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

            Conduct regular property walkthroughs to uphold safety, cleanliness, and guest preparedness.

            Address guest concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction and retention.

            Maintain accurate guest and billing records via the PMS.

            Assist the GM in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reviews.




    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of front office or hotel leadership experience, ideally in luxury or boutique settings.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in PMS systems, Microsoft Office; familiarity with guest satisfaction tools a plus. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.
