Job Title: HSE Front Office Manager Location: Ascent Classical Academy of Douglas County (ACADC) HomeSchool Enrichment (HSE), Centennial COFLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly Reports to: Dean of Home School Enrichment/HeadmasterWork Hours/Days: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week , in person Mondays, Wednesdays and ThursdaysPosition Summary:The Front Office Manager's primary role is to serve as the welcoming face of the school and the operational anchor of our daily school environment. The Front Office Manager ensures that our campus runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while fostering an organized and warm environment for students, staff, and visitors. Essential FunctionsReceptionist Duties: Serving as the first point of contact for families and visitors, answering phones, responding to email inquiries, and greeting guests. Daily Attendance: Tracking and maintaining accurate daily attendance records for students and communicating with families regarding absences. School Calendar: Managing and coordinating the master school calendar, ensuring events, program days, and scheduling conflicts are kept up to date.Health Clinic: Partnering with the school nurse to manage the health needs of students, receiving training, administering first aid, organizing student medical forms, dispensing approved student medications, and caring for sick students. Office Supply Management: Maintaining, inventorying, and ordering office, kitchen and copy room supplies and materials.Bulletin Boards: Creating, updating, and maintaining welcoming, organized, and aesthetically pleasing bulletin boards throughout the school.Curriculum Library: Overseeing the organization, inventorying, and distribution of books and materials within our Curriculum Library.Facility & Maintenance Support: Acting as the onsite point of contact for facility maintenance requests and coordinating with support staff to keep the environment safe and tidy.Special Events: Supporting staff and faculty during all-school special events. Position Requirements:A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferredBasic first aid knowledge or willingness to be trained.
