Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor at the front desk
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Verify dental insurance benefits
- Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and manage billing inquiries
- Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient questions, and manage voicemails
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
- Coordinate with clinical dental team to ensure smooth daily patient flow
Requirements:- Previous dental front office experience required
- Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing processes required
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
