Bilingual Dental Receptionist - Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry

Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry has a fantastic opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Dental Receptionist to join our team!

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be an important part of the patient experience and responsible for supporting the day-to-day front office functions of the practice. Our patients, parents, and guardians are our #1 priority, so we're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-6:30 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Must be available to work Saturdays

• Fluent in Spanish and English - Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, coworkers, and management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
