    Job Description
    Alaska Hearing & Tinnitus Center is looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Coordinator to join their team.

    This role involves answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming patients and visitors, sorting mail, and keeping the reception area tidy. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as have a presentable and friendly demeanor.


    Schedule: Monday–Thursday

    Responsibilities
    • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
    • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
    • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
    • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
    • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
    Requirements
    • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations with ease.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and find solutions to challenges.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
