    Location: Norco, CA
    Shift: 9am - 6pm

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage front office operations, including patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
    • Perform receptionist duties, such as answering phones, directing calls, and providing information to patients and visitors.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
    • Support management with daily operations and clerical tasks to enhance clinic efficiency.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management, both verbally and in writing.
    Qualifications:
    • At least 1 year of front office and scheduling experience
    • ABA experiece preferred but not required
    • Strong administrative and scheduling skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
