This is a hands-on role for someone who can both define requirements and help drive delivery across multiple projects.

What You ll Tackle
  • Partner with portfolio managers and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams
  • Support implementation of front office investment systems and tools
  • Drive 1 2 concurrent projects from initiation through delivery
  • Participate in UAT and validate solutions against business expectations
  • Work with market data sources to support analytics and liquidity insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income products and asset management workflows
  • Experience supporting front office investment teams
  • Build prototypes with modern AI tools - Claude, Perplexity, GPT, etc.
  • Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience working with market data platforms such as Bloomberg
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams
Nice to Have
  • Python or data analysis experience
  • Experience with portfolio management platforms (e.G., Aladdin)
  • Knowledge of data platforms and reporting tools
  • CFA, FRM, or related certifications
