About the job Front Office
Call Center Customer Service Associate needed for a busy medical practice in Buckhead. Must be polished and bubbly. M-F, 8-430pm, wear scrubs. This position will be the first point of contact for patients, providing scheduling support, answering inquiries, and ensuring every caller feels heard, respected, and helped.
Pay, $21-$25/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling
appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, locations, and insurance requirements.
- Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate data entry into our electronic
systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service or call center experience in a medical or
healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software (EMR experience a plus).
