Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

As a Front Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:

  • Scheduling patient appointments according to practice protocols
  • Verifying patient demographics and insurance information
  • Providing excellent telephone coverage and customer service
  • Processing medical record requests in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Obtaining required authorizations and pre-certifications when needed
  • Supporting patient registration and referral processes
  • Assisting with billing-related requests
  • Delivering a positive and professional experience for patients and families

 

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  •  Minimum 3 years of medical office, healthcare front desk, customer service, or clerical experience preferred
  •  Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
  •  Proficiency with office technology and scheduling systems
  •  Passion for delivering outstanding patient service
