    Dental Solutions of Columbus is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Office Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive first impression, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping patients feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.

    What You'll Do

    As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience by:

    • Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional attitude
    • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients with scheduling questions
    • Managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate records
    • Verifying patient information and insurance details
    • Assisting with administrative and front office duties as needed
    • Coordinating patient communications and appointment flow
    • Providing outstanding customer service while supporting the clinical team

    Qualifications

    Preferred Experience

    • Front office, administrative, or customer service experience
    • Experience in a dental office is a plus
    • Knowledge of dental insurance and Medicaid is highly recommended
    • Experience with CareStack practice management software is preferred
