We are a family owned restaurant, located inside Santee Lakes park right on beautiful lake 4. We offer a huge diverse menu specializing in Sea Food, but we also serve an incredible breakfast! We offer a full espresso menu, beer, wine and sake drinks. We thrive to offer our guests an excellent experience.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00pm
Friday-Sunday 7:00am-5:00pm
(Staff come in 30-45 mins prior for opening duties, and can stay 1-1.5 hours after for closing duties)
We are currently looking to fill a full-time and a part-time Front of house position Duties include:
- Takes Orders and cash handles
- Serves/makes: sodas, coffee, beer, wine, sake drinks, Italian sodas, smoothies
- Serves: desserts, pastries, and soups
- Makes espresso drinks
- Bus and Clean dining areas
- Replenishes supplies, restocks fridges
- Helps with dishwashing
- Cleaning duties
- Some baking
- Some kitchen prep

- Enthusiastic and out going personality that doesn't shy away from talking to guests
- Someone who is customer service oriented, with a high drive to offer a wonderful experience to our guests
- Someone fast paced who has a high work ethic and takes pride in every task they do
- Attention to detail in every task they perform
- Takes pride in cleanliness and doesn't shy away from hard work
- Is a team player and can handle feedback
- Eager to learn and willing to cross train in BOH
- Someone with restaurant experience
- Self-Motivated and takes initiative in daily tasks and side work
- Can stand for more that 5 hours at a time
- Can lift 40-50 pounds
Qualifications:
- Restaurant experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Barista experience (not required, we will train you)
- Beer and wine Knowledge (not required, we will train you)
- Prep and Dish washing experience (not required, we will train you)
- Cross Trained FOH and BOH (not required, we will train you)
- Food handlers Card (preferred)
- Alcohol Server Card (preferred)
- 18+ (preferred)
