Front of House Team Member — Full-Time & Part-Time
Front of House is the face of the restaurant — the difference between a guest having a good order and a great experience. We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy that responsibility and can hold up under a lunch rush, not just people who interview well.

What you'll actually do:
- Deliver Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality — genuine eye contact, warmth, and real conversation, especially under pressure during rushes
- Take and manage orders accurately at the register, drive-thru, or dining room while multitasking across several guests at once
- Handle guest questions, special requests, and the occasional complaint with patience and problem-solving, not just a script
- Keep the front of house clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the shift
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and teammates to keep orders moving accurately and on time
What we're looking for:
- Someone who shows up on time, every shift — FOH breaks down fast when the team can't rely on each other
- Comfortable staying warm and patient with guests even when the line is out the door
- Detail-oriented enough to catch an order error before it leaves the counter
- Physically able to stand and stay on your feet for a full shift
- Works well independently but communicates constantly with the team
- Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required — we're looking for the right attitude and work ethic more than a resume
