Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the core four essentials: make eye contact, smile, speak with enthusiasm, and serve from the heart.
- Greet each guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
- Accurately take guest orders at the front counter and drive-thru.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in all areas of the store.
- Observe health and sanitation guidelines.
- Contribute to a fun, fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 16 or older.
- Commit to working at least 15-20 hours per week and close at least 3 nights per week.
- Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic cash-handling skills.
