Front of House Team Member (Part-Time)

Position Type
- Part-Time (10-31 hours per week)
- Must be 16 years or older
Compensation
- $17.15-$17.40/hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions and/or less than 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience
- $18.00-$18.90/hour with open availability, prior Chick-fil-A trainer experience and/or at least 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly with a smile
- Take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru
- Assemble and serve meals for dine-in, carry-out, and curbside
- Prepare drinks, ice cream, and milkshakes
- Keep service and dining areas clean and welcoming
- Assist guests with mobile orders and app questions
- Restock supplies and support overall restaurant flow
- Communicate clearly with your team
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individuals (ages 16+)
- Willingness to work some peak shifts (early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20–30 lbs
- A positive attitude and a desire to serve others
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
