The BE Hive is a fast-growing deli, caf , and food brand built around house-made sandwiches, breakfast, coffee, comfort food, and seriously good hospitality.

We care about food that feels exciting, approachable, and memorable. No corporate scripts, no fake energy, no robotic customer service voice.

We re building a place that feels alive: busy lunch rushes, good music, regulars by name, strong team culture, and people who actually enjoy being here.

We re looking for Front of House team members who are warm, quick on their feet, emotionally aware, and naturally good with people.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

• Taking orders and helping guests navigate the menu
  
• Keeping the space stocked, clean, and running smoothly
  
• Handling rushes without losing your cool
  
• Communicating clearly with the kitchen and your team
  
• Creating an experience that makes people want to come back
  
• Paying attention to details while moving fast

You do not need previous knowledge of plant-based food. We ll teach you the menu and help you understand how we talk about food in a way that feels welcoming and approachable to everyone.
