At Chick-fil-A Denham Springs, our Front of House Team Members do much more than take orders and serve meals. They create welcoming experiences, build connections with guests, support one another, and help set the tone for our restaurant each day.
Our Morning & Daytime Team Members serve guests throughout breakfast and lunch while helping create an environment that is friendly, fast, clean, accurate, and genuinely welcoming.
No previous restaurant experience is required. We'll provide hands-on training and help you learn the skills needed to succeed.
Position Details
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Morning and daytime availability
- Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM
- Daytime availability through approximately 2:00–3:00 PM is especially valuable
- Sundays off
- Hands-on training provided

What You'll Do
As a Morning & Daytime Front of House Team Member, you may:
- Welcome guests and create a friendly, positive first impression
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve guests in the dining room, front counter, drive-thru, and other service areas
- Help guests navigate menu options and answer questions
- Process transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages and other Front of House items
- Work with urgency while maintaining genuine hospitality
- Communicate clearly with guests and fellow Team Members
- Help keep the dining room, service areas, and workstations clean and inviting
- Restock supplies and prepare service areas for busy meal periods
- Support breakfast and high-volume lunch operations
- Look for opportunities to assist guests without waiting to be asked
- Work together with the team to solve problems and keep operations moving
- Help transition the restaurant successfully from breakfast into lunch and afternoon operations

- Are comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Can safely lift and carry approximately 20–50 pounds when needed
- Have reliable morning and/or daytime availability
