What Does a FOH Team Member Do?
No two shifts are exactly alike. You’ll help keep the guest experience running smoothly by:
- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly first impression
- Helping guests navigate the menu and answering questions
- Providing samples and making recommendations
- Taking and preparing guest orders
- Using the POS system to process transactions
- Keeping the front line and dining areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Working alongside your teammates to keep service moving
- Jumping in wherever needed to take care of our guests
You’ll Fit Right In If You Are:
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking with guests
- Dependable and ready to be part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Someone who takes pride in providing great service
- Ready to learn and willing to help wherever needed
Restaurant, retail, cashier, or customer service experience is helpful, but it’s not required. We can teach you the rest!
