Climb Toward Your Future: Pay and Promotion Path
Your pay grows through cumulative milestone raises and leadership promotion raises. Each increase you earn is added to your hourly rate.
Starting Pay
- Ages 14–15: $9.00 per hour; pay is adjusted after turning 16 based on the applicable wage tier
- Part-time with standard availability: $12.00 per hour
- Part-time with at least 3 days of opening or closing availability: $13.00 per hour
- Full-time with standard availability: $15.00 per hour
- Full-time with at least 4 days of opening or closing availability: $16.00 per hour
Opening or closing availability means being able to arrive at 5:30 a.m. for opening shifts or remain until 10:45 p.m. for closing shifts. Qualifying availability is verified in HotSchedules by your director.
Automatic Milestone Raises
Lifetime hours are tracked for you. Raises are added automatically at these milestones:
- 500 hours: +$0.40 per hour
- 1,000 hours: +$0.35 per hour
- 1,500 hours: +$0.40 per hour
- 2,000 hours: +$0.35 per hour
- 3,000 hours: +$0.75 per hour
- 4,000 hours: +$0.75 per hour
- 5,000 hours: +$0.75 per hour
- 6,000 hours: +$0.50 per hour
- 7,000 hours: +$0.25 per hour
Leadership Promotion Raises
- Apprentice: +$0.25 per hour; possible top pay of $20.75 per hour
- Team Leader: +$1.00 per hour; possible top pay of $21.75 per hour
- Senior Leader: +$2.75 per hour; possible top pay of $24.50 per hour
Team Member top pay is $20.50 per hour. Top pay assumes a $16.00 starting rate and completion of all nine hour milestones. Leadership promotion raises are earned separately and added when promoted.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and create a friendly, attentive experience
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare beverages, desserts, and other Front of House items
- Assemble and deliver orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain clean, stocked, and welcoming guest and service areas
- Support teammates during busy periods

- Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and care
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Broad Monday–Saturday availability for full-time applicants; weekend availability for part-time applicants
