Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Currently, we are seeking team members for both part-time and full-time positions.

Experience is helpful but not mandatory, but a big heart and smile are!!

Must be reliable to be on time, be friendly, and be able to speak and interact with our guests.

Must be able to work quickly and multi-task.

Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and work outdoors when needed.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Loves serving and helping others
• Be able to work in an outside environment for several hours at a time
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have a positive work history, including references
• Must be able to explain long gaps in employment
• Must show a history of longevity at prior jobs
