Position Type
- Full-Time (32+ hours per week)
- Must be 16 years or older
Compensation
- $17.15-17.40/hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions and/or less than 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience
- $18.00-18.90/hour with open availability, prior Chick-fil-A trainer experience, and/or at least 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a smile
- Take and fulfill orders at the counter or drive-thru
- Assemble and serve meals for dine-in, carry-out, and curbside
- Prepare drinks, treats, and milkshakes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Assist with mobile app orders and catering pickup
- Restock supplies and support your team
- Communicate effectively and follow safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and positive individuals (ages 16+)
- Consistent and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willing to work some peak shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20–30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and a desire to serve others
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
