At Chick-fil-A Denham Springs, our Evening & Closing Front of House Team Members help create remarkable guest experiences throughout dinner while working together to finish the day strong.

This is an opportunity to build communication skills, confidence, teamwork, and responsibility while working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You'll serve guests, work alongside your team during busy dinner periods, and help leave the restaurant clean, organized, stocked, and ready for tomorrow.

Your Evening With Us

Evening Team Members may work in several areas of the restaurant, including front counter, dining room, drive-thru, order taking, meal delivery, beverages, and other guest-service positions.

During your shift, you'll help:

• Welcome guests and create positive, genuine interactions
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide attentive service in the dining room and drive-thru
• Communicate clearly with guests and Team Members
• Respond to guest needs with care and urgency
• Work together during high-volume dinner periods
• Maintain clean and organized guest and service areas
• Restock products and supplies throughout the evening
• Complete assigned cleaning and closing responsibilities
• Help prepare Front of House areas for the following business day
• Support teammates as areas of the restaurant finish closing responsibilities
• Maintain high hospitality standards through the final guest of the evening

Closing isn't simply cleaning up after the day.

Our closing team helps ensure the restaurant is prepared for the people who arrive the next morning. That requires teamwork, responsibility, attention to detail, and follow-through.

We're looking for people who are willing to contribute until the job is complete-not simply until the dinner rush ends.
