Position Type:
- Full-time & Part-time positions available
- Part-time/High School students in Front of House start at $11/hour.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Make our Guests feel cared for!
- Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact, & Speak Enthusiastically
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Be dependable, coachable, adaptable, & mature
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly; show initiative
- Be team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency and reliability

- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Works at least 2 Saturdays per month
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
