We're looking for our next great Front of House Team Members at Chick-fil-A! As a Front of House Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in various positions throughout the restaurant, ensuring a delightful experience for our guests. From taking orders outside to maintaining cleanliness inside, you'll be a key player in our team. Position Type:
- Full-time and Part-time
Part Time Minimum Requirements:
Availability to work 15+ hours a week or at least three days a week
(Minors under 16 should reference Federal and State laws regarding eligible working hours and restrictions)
Full Time Minimum Requirements:
32-40 Hours a week
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Help create a welcoming environment for every guest
- Work collaboratively in a team while managing individual tasks
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A Spanish Village dress code and policies
- Multitask efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and stand for extended periods
- Cheerful and positive attitude
