Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Make Emotional Connections with our guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Kamokila
- Enthusiastically greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed
- Accurately take and fulfill orders
- Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in guest recovery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Cheerful, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task independently and within a team
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have reliable transportation to Kapolei
- Have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
