Now hiring Front of House Team Members at Chick-fil-A Bloomington West

We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy serving others. As a Front of House Team Member, you are the first and last impression for every guest-at the front counter, dining room, drinks, desserts, bagging, and drive-thru.

This restaurant is independently owned and operated by a local Owner/Operator who works side by side with the team.

No restaurant experience required. We will train you.

What you'll do

• Greet every guest with warmth and use Chick-fil-A's Core 4: eye contact, a smile, an enthusiastic tone, and "My pleasure"
• Take accurate orders at the front counter and drive-thru
• Prepare drinks and desserts, bag orders, and make sure every order is complete
• Deliver food to the counter, dining room, curbside, or drive-thru window
• Keep the dining room, front counter, beverage station, restrooms, and guest areas clean and stocked
• Handle guest concerns with care (Hear, Empathize, Apologize, Resolve, Delight)
• Work as a team during busy rushes and stay calm under pressure
• Follow food safety, cash handling, and dress code standards

Who we're looking for

• Positive attitude and a heart for serving people
• Someone who is a positive influence and has a positive impact on the people around them
• Someone who helps create a fun, welcoming environment for guests and teammates
• Reliable, on time, and willing to work a flexible schedule
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors (drive-thru / curbside) in various weather
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, not required

Schedule

• Closed every Sunday - you will have Sundays off
• Flexible scheduling around school, family, and other commitments
• Part-time and full-time openings
• Year-round positions (not seasonal)
