Chick-fil-A Odessa is seeking a Front of house Team lead. At Chick-fil-A working at our restaurant is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow in a people-focused atmosphere. We are seeking a highly skilled Front of House Team Leader to assist our leadership team in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence. In this role, you will support daily front-of-house operations by helping lead shifts when needed, coaching team members, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service. You will work closely with Shift Leaders and Directors, providing hands-on support, setting a positive example, and reinforcing Chick-fil-A's core values and culture throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

• Execute daily front-of-house tasks to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness in all guest-facing areas.
• Step in to supervise shifts when needed, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and serve as a key holder when assigned.
• Offer immediate and respectful responses to guest needs.

Team Coaching & Development:

• Actively coach and develop front-of-house team members to grow their skills and confidence.
• Hold team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and Chick-fil-A's Recipe for Service.
• Set the tone for each shift, inspiring and motivating the team through strong leadership and example.

Guest Experience & Hospitality:

• Provide exceptional hospitality and 2nd Mile Service with consistency.
• Smile, maintain a friendly demeanor, create eye contact, and speak enthusiastically to connect with guests.
• Assist with training new hires to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Collaboration with Leadership:

• Work closely with Shift Leaders and Directors to ensure operational goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with leadership about team performance, guest feedback, and operational needs.

• You will be required to pay for your first uniform.
