    Description

    We are looking for enthusiastic Team Lead candidates to join our team at Chick-fil-A Keizer. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and highly successful organization and to showcase your leadership skills. This role allows you to work directly with a Local Franchise Owner in an organization that focuses on development opportunities and promotion from within.


    Responsibilities:

    • Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
    • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
    • Coaching, teaching, and training of team members on policies and procedures while creating a positive work environment for everyone
    • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
    • Open and/or close the restaurant while leading the shift as a key holder
    • Responsible for ensuring all team members get their required break periods

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of restaurant experience in a leadership position required
    • This is a Full-time position and full schedule availability is required (Mon-Sat; 5:30am-midnight; Holidays)
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
    • You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have a desire to serve others
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
    • Mentality of a leader with a willingness to learn and grow
    • Fun, outgoing, energetic personality
    • Ability and eagerness to mentor younger workers and to have a positive impact on their professional development

    Work schedule
