    Job Summary

    As a Front of House Shift Supervisor, you will lead the front-of-house team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding guest experiences, and a positive, productive team environment. You will be responsible for shift execution, team support, problem-solving, and helping drive Chick-fil-A’s culture of service and hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house team members during assigned shifts
    • Ensure excellent customer service is being provided at all times
    • Lead opening and/or closing duties, including cash handling, reporting, and cleanliness checks
    • Train and coach team members on best practices and uphold operational standards
    • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
    • Communicate with leadership and kitchen supervisors to maintain efficient operations
    • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
    • Support a positive and collaborative team culture
    • Foster a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and friendliness

    Qualifications


    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Previous Chick-fil-A or restaurant experience preferred but not necessary
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
    • A servant leadership mindset and a heart for hospitality
    • Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct and appearance
